I think everybody has their favourite Coldplay album, my is X&Y for personal reasons, and for Crystal Palace.

Well if we look at their albums objectively, Viva and Mylo are definitely the best. Just like Pitchfork said.

Mylo is their most inventive and original one. Followed by Viva, which is like a 45 minutes long remake of Eleanor Rigby. Then come Parachutes, A Rush and X&Y which seem like remakes of each other to me.
