They won't send me the e-mail, does anyone know of any other way to get the song? I heard it is marvelous.

One of two things are going on. The first possibility is that the message from coldplay.com is getting caught in a spam filter. The second possbility is that the server is overloaded with requests and missed your request. This is exactly what happened to me. I suggest that you keep registering for the download instructions over and over until you receive the email from Coldplay.com. This work around did the trick for me.

I'm not getting it, either. I requested it at both my email addresses (yahoo and AIM), and it didn't arrive at either of them.

 

I recommend downloading it from the multimedia section, that's how I got my copy.

You just have to log on to your Coldplaying account, then the Multimedia portion of the forum will be available to you, and you can access the thread that contains links for downloading Violet Hill.

I've got it, the only problem i've got is with the user name and password. i don't get that.

i had a problem with it as well this morning, so i just sent the request 2 more times and i got the email on the third go around
