:nice: nice ones Chelsea.. btw what does CT is for? i mean which estate?

I'm just curious about it, because the 'abbreviation' used for my city in Spain is the same.

ahh, CT is the abbreviation for the state connecticut, which is where i live

all states have a two-letter abbreviation :D

i know that, i wasn't sure if it was for Connecticut or not.

and we have an abbrevation and we aren't an estate :D (now, we used to be more important for our country, even there was a time when we were the 'capital', ancient times)

hehe for the dance, seems you like so much your place, congrats ;)

Tz I wanted to choose a house in germany but they only have 4 houses there which are in Berlin...but I want a nice house near the Rhine here in Bonn:(

CT is a pretty rich state, that's where all the hedge fund managers live. I dunno if I could take the cold weather, though. I'm from SC...

Here's what I'd get in my homestate:

i do have to say that you're right, but it does really depend on what area you live in. most of the cities are pretty bleak. but yeah...cooooold in the winter! (or at least it used to be). i love the cold though, so i don't mind :D

it's also all about location. you'd be crazy to buy property in the area that i live in unless you're a CEO or hedgefund manager, because the market has become ridiculous in the past decade. the house i live in now would probably sell for about 1-2 million dollars, and i promise we bought it for nowhere NEAR that amount, and you could get the same house in another state for $300,000. it's ridiculous. as much as i love my state, i really don't think i'll be able to afford to live there when it comes time for me to buy my own place.

i have to say that this is pretty fun, looking at all these properties! i'm spending lots of time looking at the england ones, but i found quite a nice one in the town over from mine in CT. when i make my first $14 million, i'll buy it :P
