thats pretty interesting, although id have to look at the original picture to see if this is just people seeing what they want to see...maybe they did alter it, who knows

edit: wow, my bad, i thought that this was album cover, not the original picture. that is a good find.

there is no change from the original painting.

but it is a little creepy the jonny lookalike there

In truth Delacrieux (sp?) was a MAJOR Coldplay fan - even in 1848 (or so) France:P

i don't know if there's been a thread about this

the faces of dead soldiers in the original painting shows what could be chris, jonny and guy..haha it looks like they have their facial features

TAKE A LOOK

where is will???

Will is the guy holding the sword up in the background. Right in between lady liberty and the guy with the gun. Its him all right.

lol, i just realized chris has no pants on!

If there has ever been a more Perv-unit worthy post, I havent seen it.:laugh3:

BTW: The young kid next to lady liberty and above Jonny is Prospekt!!!

(Conspiracy theory:cool::cool::cool:)

agreed. i wouldnt be surprised if they didnt even notice. it takes obsessive freaks like us to notice the faces of a modern band in a painting done 200 years ago :dozey:

"Observant" not "obsessive" freaks;)

This is the same phenomenon that led to the famous rumor of "Paul is Dead" back in the 60's with The Beatles. Three to One. Three have the same characteristic and One is different or missing. And talking about "coincidences", I was interviewed 2 years ago at Interference and predicted what is happening right now with regards to their faces appearing on the cover, it's the last question on the interview.

This does nothing but confirm my suspicions that the members of Coldplay are actually time-traveling refugees from the planet Gallifrey.

Forgive me Father, for I am a dork. :lol:
