As I'm not a native speaker, Ticketmaster comes in quite handy. I learned a lot of new and strange words the last few hours trying to get a ticket. :D

When I called them earlier, they couldn't help me. She knew nothing about whether more tickets will be released later.

WOOO! My mate got 2 tickets earlier on and i've just found out. He's taking me obviously, lol. Cant believe it after that painful wait follwed by even more painful dissappointment.

 

Just a quick question.....did you originally have to be 18 to enter the competition? Just that on his tickets it just says you have to be over 14

Russian fan is looking for tickets

 

Hey everyone, know it sounds silly but I am looking for a ticket to Brixton or BBC gig... yeah yeah, me too I am a Russian law student, living here in London for a while. Coldplay are not going to Russia anytime soon, I am leaving the UK in the end of June so this is a unique chance for me to see my favourite band live... To sum up, I would be absolutely happy if anyone could share a spare ticket to any of the June gigs of Coldplay with me

I know that's just a generic message, but I like to believe there's still a chance of some more tickets being released. Otherwise they simply could have taken the site down.

Unfortunately I don't think their site can be trusted - they still list the o2 gig on the 16th as a 'new date just added' :confused:

Good to hear some of the original waiting gang got tickets, a bit disappointed about not seeing them since they don't tour here until next year :bigcry:, but I have the album release tommorow morning which is sweet

"Dear Coldplay fan,

 

A very limited number of extra tickets have now been released for Coldplay at the Carling Academy Brixton on Monday, 16 June 2008. Tickets will be available from mid-day on Thursday 12th June on a 1st come basis. Please note, there is a ticket limit of two per person. To apply for your tickets by clicking on the above Find Tickets link."

 

So some very lucky guys were on the mailing list and got informed. ;)

Surely the way to have got a heads-up from TM was to have Coldplay selected for alerts to be sent to you on your TM account (which I didn't, grrrr)...
