for a minute i thought you were serious about the "people who say pop should be shot." and i was going to really bitch my head off.

to most canadians the idea of saying "soda" sounds ridiculous so THERE! lol. i tried to say it at a restaurant once and they were like "soda? you want soda water?" that's how uncommon it is to say it here.

and i also say coke a lot of the time too. even though i'm a pepsi girl.

I'm with ya Nadine, pepsi all the way!

The Coke Museum is the best place in the world. You get to taste soft drinks from all around the world, like Green Tea Pop, it's yucky :P

But yea it's all a matter of how you were raised, I can only think of POP as POP and not soda.

We were even in the US once and asked for cutlery and they had no idea what we were talking about

lol. you asked for cutlery and they didn't know what you meant?! bahahaaha. that's classic!

we asked three times and it never came and my mom started yelling FORK AND KNIFE and then the waitress understood.

the coke museum is awesome! I love going there and making my Megalixir, which is all 50 something flavors... EXCEPT BEVERLY, if you go to the Coke Museum, DO NOT DRINK THE BEVERLY, its a soda for those who like bitter tasting stuff... If you want to trick someone, give them beverly and tell them its a sprite, hahaha...

lol, ive never heard of cutlery, it sounds like a town in england  we say silverware (although its not silver so i guess we should call it stainless-steelware)

Man, I didn't think cutlery was canadian terminology but I guess it is! What if the ware isn't silver....then what do you call it?

i think soda has won...but i mus say....a specific soda......diet dr pepper....rules em all!!!! :x :)

i dont think dr pepper has the credentials to be a doctor, i mean, he doesnt even put the period at the end of dr, how can a doctor not know basic grammer?!

soda' date=' anyone who votes pop is going to get a pop, in the nose![/quote']
