dale al link de la barra de arriba que dice QUICK LINKS y después le das a EDIT YOUR DETAILS...

 

una vez en la otra página te aparecerá una barra en la izquierda donde hay una opción que dice EDIT AVATAR!

para editar avatar y otras cosas puedes acceder pulsando a user cp. :)
