well back in malaysia i do it mostly 3-4times a day because it's so hot over there and i cant stand the stickyness and all but in australia i just shower at most twice a day..

but i still think of the environment so i limit myself to only 4minutes of shower at most everytime! :D

Twice a day. Once before work in the morning, once late at night after I get home soaking wet from tennis.
