OK, gals. I need your advice. I'm going to the capital tomorrow for a job interview and then me and my boyfriend are going to spend some time in clothes shops! :lol: Weell, I am.

 

Anyway .... I need some fashion advice. WHAT TO BUY? :bigcry: Those who have access to H&M and/or Zara and/or Orsay online shop ... could you please find some stuff for me? Like a nice cardigan, scarf, some accessories ... Because I don't have that option in this godforsaken country. :(

 

Awww I wish I could, have I can't in my country either. :sad: I wish H&M had an online shop for America, blah!

 

But hmmm.... Maybe buy one neutral colored cardigan, like white, grey, or black. And one colorful one. Maybe a bright magenta or blue. Whatever you like.

 

A printed scarf...of silk material maybe. Like this:

A nice long-chain pendant necklace would be nice. Something versatile to mix and match with tons of outfits. I know H&M usually sells a bunch of those. If you are into the sleek, modern look opt for silver, while gold is more vintage-y.

 

If you are into the 'girly' look, maybe a ruffled blouse and black pencil skirt. Perhaps a dress for fall, in a jewel-colored tone in a satin material to wear with black tights, but you can get whatever dress you like, really.

 

As for jeans, black skinny jeans would be amazing to have. I'm beginning to get partial to wide-legs, so if you like those get a nice dark-wash pair. If you don't like skinny nor wide-leg jeans, then the best bet are straight-legs in a dark wash. Those will never go out of style.

Yeah Nina I couldn't have given better advice than Annie. I like having lots of neutral things and a couple bright things or pieces of jewelry to have maximum options with minimum items. (Best packing advice in the world from an expert packer right there btw :P)

Yeah, I've never been into those denim miniskirts..but that skirt with the bow is so chic and adorable! :nice: I can imagine tucking in a ruffled blouse and wear a vest with it and oxford booties! :blush:

I've been looking EVERYWHERE for a pair of flat oxfords, but i can't find the kind i want, because (i dont really know how to explain this) they're all cover too much of the foot. I like the ones where there's only 2 or 3 rows of laces and then the shoe ends, so they're more feminine-looking. all of the high heeled ones are like that but not the flat ones!!! (Does that make sense to anyone? :uhoh:)

Yeah, I was looking for some flat oxfords last year and had no luck! :sad: I thought I saw some nice ones from UO before but I totally forgot. I know what you mean, some of them have too point of toes and it looks masculine, if that makes sense. :disappointed:

Yeah....... but it's awesome when/if you finally do find it! I'd been dreaming of a perfect pair of black skinny jeans (not just any, they had to fit in a certain way :P) and I finally found them in Paris (from the brand called Acne if you know).
