I actually prefer the first one. I think the print will be a nice contrast to the teal dress. Plus, it's black and white., so maybe you'll get more use out of it.

The one here has only been here for a year and a bit, so maybe that explains it. The only Forever 21's I've been to were in New York, but I'm pretty sure we don't get as much merchandise. There are seperate websites too, and I'm always tempted to get something off the American site haha - which i'm sure is possible.....
