Explorer.exe help

Featured Replies

Ok so for like a week now my explorer.exe has been making my desktop flicker on and off. so everything dissappears then reappears secounds later but it's really annoying. Has anybody else had this problem and how did you guys fix it? I'm not much of a comp guy so I don't know what to do:cry:

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Use google to input the symptoms and the word `help`

try pressing ctrl alt Del. go to processes and ende explorer.exe.

then click begin new process and type that in. see if restarting it helps any.

Ask at a forum like Computer Active, where they have people who know a thing about computers

A basic fix needs a basic tool, might I suggest a lovely Stoning_Hammer.jpg
