well my cousins don't like them so... is just my dad, and my mom. (i remember when she called me to tell me there was a concert on telly and we watched it together :hug: )

hehe, so i should believe i'm a bit luckier, i went to see Coldplay with my dad. :nice: he just was worried, because he thought he would be the only old man there. :P but he was not.

Well Ari Im off. I have to wake up early and go fight with bureaucracy. They made a new law about health insurance and now I have to change my card... :( And I already know that Ill probably stand in line the whole morning. But Ipod is coming with me so at least Ill have a soundtrack... :D

My parents like Coldplay a bit... definitely not enough to buy a ticket to a concert though! :shame: My sister claims to hate them but I know it's really only because I love them so much and she just has to be as different from me as she possibly can :rolleyes:...

oh well he got me the tickets (i was yet in Portugal when those were on sale), and he got seat tickets even when i told him to get stand tickets. :uhoh:

we went to some concerts this summer :) (one was of a musician he likes, which incredibly was amazing and very moving, even when the musician is older than my dad :p) and another one last november in Madrid, the only problem is he got panic when we were about to meet the artist, and he made me leave the queue. :bigcry:

 

seems he is, i got he listen to Radiohead and he liked them, i should get him into Sigur Rós next. *evil grin*

Yeah, she thinks she's too cool to listen to anything that's popular enough to get played on the radio. :dozey: So she listens to a lot of music that's pretty obscure, and they're not necessarily very good bands. Sometimes there's a good reason that some bands don't become popular! :lol:

And I sometimes wonder what Chris is on when he dances!:laugh3: JK I know it's just his "enthusiasm," but sometimes I feel a little embarrassed on his behalf, especially when they're on TV shows, it's like "Chris, damn it, behave yourself, these people don't' get it and will think you're nuts!"

Wow, you're dad is so cool!:thumbsup: My dad totally does not get AT ALL my concert mania with ANY band. My Mom is more hip in this regard...and she knows who Chris is...funny story...when I still lived with them, I had a screen saver of the video for "The Scientist," it would just play over&over "nobody said it was eeeaaaaasy." One day I caught my Mom singing it:lol:; turns out it was stuck in her head!!! So that's probably what she thinks all Coldplay songs are like--just that little party "nobody said was easy....."

Yeah when people outside the fan zone see him dance they all think he is nuts or as one of my friends said: "You cant say that he knows how to sing or play anything the man has no rhythm whatsoever, look at him dance!"
