I'm trying to make an ambigram with COLDPLAY but it's hard :(

How are your amigram going?;)

It's not very good, but it's better than I could ever think about.

Maybe we should call John Langdon, the designer of the ambigrams in A&D;)

The 1st poster of the movie! :D

Just to point this out, one half of the statue is an angel, the other half is a demon. If this is an official poster, I'm a bit disappointed that they didn't feature any anagrams like from the book.

Angels and Demons is just awesome! Science and religion, eh.

Oh and i think Tom Hanks isn't good for the role of Robert Langdon, c'mon, the guy seems to be hot by what Dan Brown describes!

Yeah, it feels a bit awkward to see him in the movie.

I got it but it was bummed.:embarassed:

LOLOLOL etc

I actually feel bad dissing this since Ron Howard is involved, but I hate Dan Brown and I hate anyone who likes his work, so sorry guys.

I'm pretty excited about the film, Ron Howard is a fantastic director.

I can't see it topping the Da Vinci Code but i'm sure it'll be a good watch.

Ron Howard is amazing isn't he?

I got into his work thanks to Arrested Development and like I said I don't want to attack this movie badly because he is involved but I really hate Dan Brown.

I`d be interested to know why you hate Dan Brown so much.

Well, Da Vinci's code book isn't half as good as Angels and Demons, so... lets wait for the movie :)

i haven't read the book, and i'm not a Dan Brown fan either, just i hope the director hadn't ruined the story as he did with Da Vinci Code :dozey:

Because he's a shit writer?

"The famous man looked at the red cup" just about sums up his literary talents

Have you seen the fuss the fucking Church are kicking up over this?

"Oh no, another film that attacks our religion! Let's badmouth it, while clinging to the writings of an outdated book and believing that there is an invisible man up there watching over us!"

Well you`re right in a way. I have`nt read angels & demons but I`ve read the Da Vinci Code. He didn`t introduce us properly to the Christ`s bloodline theory but emphasized more on finding interesting gossip already popular in the art world and building a thriller around it. More like a representative of you know there are such things in the world. What will most people do with such things? In the end an airport parable.

Well the Church will try to show that it is progressive and tolerant. Secretely they oppose it.

Advertisements and art don`t go together but it is an interesting experiment.

there were more controversial books in the past, that had just an intention, and is to show the church people as a criminal because they had so much power and so a new "force" wanted to raise and get their position... (but seems that's just my opinion).

Dan Brown is just reviving some of this stuff.... in a soft way....

first say if Jesus had a baby and all that, now is talking about iluminati, isn't that story about ilimunati?

nothing new at all :dozey: and about the church reaction in this case, do anybody had expected the church would applause Dan's works? :dozey: NO! But they are using well all that to get free promotion for the films.

i wonder what will be next, say again that Knights Templar, were banned by church because they got a lot of money and power and they accused them of believing in Baal? :dozey:

anyways i know Dan wrote about Spain on a book, obviously that is mentioned on promotion to spanish press, but they said may be next film will be located in Sevilla. (If so i hope they show Saint Isidore of Seville how he really was, he let his hometown were destroyed  )

but back on topic:

how many people is planning to watch it? and so how many people have read the book and liked it? :)
