I am probably the last thing that comes to mind when you think of the job, but I am a security guard, this particular site I am on now is part of a hospital, so I normally just say I "work in a hospital" sounds better.

It involves me making sure nobody enters this building who is not supposed to, waiting until everyone is gone, then locking up. It doesn't get much more thrilling that this.

I once worked nights in a call centre, so I understand.

This is one of the better site though, Internet acces = win. One I sometimes do at the weekends, was 12 hours, in a room without the internet, thank god for my external HDD and Laptop :D
