I have a question--if we send our postcards with this format:

 

 

(which I love BTW) that means we'll be mailing in an envelope, right? 'Cause where would the actual REAL stamp go? If the post office puts something right smack on top of the logo...ummm I wouldn't be very happy:confused:.

everyone get to work on the cards, so once we get the address all you have to do is write on the address and bring it to your post office!

I am still clueless as to what to put on my postcard. Is there anyone else here who is away at college/uni? Would you put photos and things from your hometown or from where you are sending it from? I can't decide.... :\

i'm away at college/uni. my bookstore actually sells postcards of the college, but i wouldn't want to send one of those for a number of reasons. plus, my hometown is too boring to merit postcards. ergo, i'm making both of mine. my second one isn't that good, and i;m kind of sad about that.

Yeah, I figure I will make my own too. What kinds of things are you putting on yours? I guess I will include some photos of where I'm currently living, and maybe a couple of butterfly confettis (I like the idea someone had of sending some back with the message "You dropped this..."). Hmmm. What else could I include?

my first one is political (i think chris will like it :P), but my second is just kind of cheesy, but i might change my mind on it.

 

i had started to use photoshop to wrap the "head" on the cover of AROBTTH in christmas lights, but it didn't turn out well enough for me to send, i dont think :\. i came up with a second one, but i don't like it nearly as much.

I don't know how I'll do my postcards yet :bigcry:

that's true about the 10-days thing, but there was a rumor that debs might be setting up a different kind of PO box that wouldn't take as long, but who knows?

 

i just hope we get an address by november 1. otherwise, i wonder if the people that live really far away will have enough time :\
