I just...don't understand...why no one remembers Portuguese everytime they talk about languages and cultures... I dont know how good is your History, but we discovered a huge part of the globe! :nice:

 

 

Well I think it has to do with the efforts the Portuguese speaking countries need to make, to promote their culture and language in other parts of the world. Btw, I know a guy who's studying it!

I agree with that, and besides, most of the countries where Portuguese is spoken are african, and nowadays who gives a damn about Africa? I just ask ppl to do this: come here. Really, come to Lisbon, to Algarve, to Açores, Madeira, just come! And then you'll be saying "Spain-what?" :P

Heheh... I've seen some images of the Azores and it was like :shocked2: ... I would really like to go there someday.
