I understand very little of what she says but I must say her songs are really sticky and she's hot as well. :lol: She has a very cool stýle!

I hate Yelle... maybe because I understand exactly what she says...>.> I saw her during a Mika concert, she was opening: she has a good energy, her band as well (by the way, it's the band who's called YELLE ^^) but their songs sucks big time...

'A cause des garçons' is a cover from an 80's song which was already aweful...v.v

 

There's just one song I like with her, it's a parody that a french 'humorist' did to make fun of nowadays teenagers and it's called 'Parles à ma main' (which means 'talk to the hand' XD) Yelle is featuring.

Their songs are sticky and the band has a cool style- I'm no big fan.

Mika rules, I was very impressed!! Amazing voice and a strong charisma! Plus very funny ^^ I saw him at the Parc des Princes that he release on DVD a few weeks ago. Visually awesome...totally another world!

Well I'm no big fan of them, but I gotta say there's something original in their music. I saw on the TV a concert they made in a tiny room and I was surprised by how they created a nice ambience.

 

The music is simple, and somehow a little naïve, but I find this interesting.

 

Anyway, I usually don't listen to them, but I think one should not mistake them for yet another uncreative pop band.

Other than that, her music sucks.

the problem is that in France, it's very difficult not to associate Yelle's music to the Tecktonik joke/phenomenon, which is absolutely riddiculous.

 

I think taken alone as itself, this music isn't that bad, actually.
