Here's the info you need:

 

If they want to use PayPal then they do not need to use the order form – they log-in to their paypal account and pay to [email protected] – this will send their payment and address details to my accounts dept who will notify me and I will then send them a magazine and invoice for their records.

If I want to buy two copies, but ship it to the same address, does the shipping cost stay the same or does it increase? i.e. is it still £2.00 for international orders? Or more?

yes £2 internationally, that's what they've told me. It's not a very heavy magazine :)
