Maybe someone (preferably from Germany) wants to give me their cell phone number. I could do some sort of live update. If I saw them, or if they (which I really don't hope) just went inside without stoping at their fans (the music Band at Basel did that, they were the only ones though, that didn't stop). Maybe I can hear them doing the soundcheck, who knows... I just thought it would be cool to send a message to the fan board.

 

I'm just a bit worried I won't find the right place to go, cos there are 3 halls next to each other... gah, complicated.

Coldplay live on German TV 24/01/2009...

 

Don't know if someone posted it here before but Coldplay will performing "Viva La Vida" on German TV Show "Wetten, dass..?" on Saturday, 24-January 2009. The Show is live in Offenburg (8:15pm ZDF)

Honestly saying I am a bit surprised that they are going to perform 'Viva La Vida'. Surely it's their big hit from last year and therefore more than suitable for 'Wetten, dass ...?!' but they should perform 'LIT II' or 'LIJ' or 'Lost' ... at least something which they are able to make promo for :\

If I am not mistaken, it was already 'confirmed' around a month ago, as Thomas Gottschalk himself mentioned at the very end of the last show, that Coldplay would be musical guests at the next show on Jan. 24th, live from Offenbach :confused:

 

I heard about it from a friend, as she told me that Coldplay would be at the next 'Wetten, dass ...?!' show :laugh3:

I didn't watch the last show, as I am not so much a fan of it.

Yeah, he said it at the end of the show but I couldn't find anything that they'll really attending. I hoped for Lovers In Japan but VLV is also fine, most of the ZDF viewers will know it from the radio :D
