this isn't a gov't buddy, it's a forum. the only people with power are Mods and Admins, and the only ones with real power to change the whole forum are Ian and Jen. There are no elitists, and it is a democratic group, since you can join at any time and all decisions will be open to the public and most likely voted upon.;)
