I don't think he's an idiot, he just wanted to try a way to help make the forum better by having a committee organize some things. I'm surprised Lore was so against it, she was the one complaining about how boring the forum is. Seems like a committee might organize things to make it more fun. IDK, we'll see won't we?

I don't think a committee is the magic formula to save the world from boredom... this place needs more discussion, more smart threads and not this.. let's play to have a club thing

 

we don't need a whole organized burocracy body to make things happen... if simon wants to play to have a little office he could get a job

yea, well Simon seems to like the idea so why not just let him try it? He's a nice kid...people shouldn't be so hard on him. I mean, it's not like this committee is going to have any power or anything, it's just to brainstorm ideas for things. I just joined so I could helped Si because he asked for my help. But if you don't like the idea...whatever

yea, but how does it complicate things for you? if you're not in the committee, you can just not come in this thread. we won't come and make you listen to us...if you want to see what we're doing you're free to, but nothing will change for you if you're not interested. so why is it such a big deal?

There's a Coldplaying Quiz, Coldplaying's Daily Dose of Cyanide and Happiness, and a Coldplaying Advent Calendar..but many people are involved in these things. Just because it has "Coldplaying" in it doesn't mean everyone has to be involved.
