January 7, 200917 yr While your a teenager it's wierd to date girls younger than you, maybe a year younger is okay, but 2 or 3- NO!, If I was twenty three or something I would date someone who was 18 ;)

Im twelve but anyway yes when ur in ur teenage years it is quite weird if u wer dating someone 3 or 4 years older than you , ut when you think about it Gwyneth is 6 years older than Chris so that would be AWCWARDLY weird if u wer like 15 / 16 and he was 9/10 !!! ahh that would be weird :o
January 8, 200917 yr i met my husband in college and he is 3 years younger than me and we have been together very happily for a very long time. i think the age thing kind of disapears as you get older
January 8, 200917 yr I'm 23 and I get asked out by 17, 18 years old boys (makes me feel weird..) but I also get asked out by 35-40 yrs old man.. which makes me feel EXTREMELY UNCOMFORTABLE! Both age do treat you and approach you different though..so for me it's just a couple of years older.. okay 2 to 3 yrs older..:P

January 8, 200917 yr the general consensus is that girls are usually more attracted to older men, (probably has to do with the maturity gap between genders during teen years). So I would think that guys would be somewhat more willing to date younger girls. Personally I look for people within 3 or so years of my own age (18), more or less isn't all that important. Now, my older brother who is 29 recently dated a girl whose 19. While unusual, I think it's a whole lot more common to see this than, say, a guy dating a girl ten years older than him. Obviously, the older you get, the larger the acceptable age range.

Exactly. Experience is important, but if both people are capable of understanding each other on a mature level, things can be solved easier.
