i don't care

and the pics of course, i'll spend all my time taking pic,

hummm maybe not, becaus ei've got to listen and watch too

anyway

i'll let you know all of you,i'm waiting for tomorrow the BIG YESSSSSSS!

wahhh :)

thank you

you perfectly understood what i meant,

i'll do it tomorrow cause right now they're sleeping,

but i hope it will work, i hope i hope i hope:wink3:

yeah of course it's parc des princes in Paris, btw i don't leave very far from there, it's soo stupid:\

you tell them you'll meet people there you know...

I 'll be there with Chavi, and Kahlplay (Camille) if that helps :D

Do they have something against going to concerts? Or something against Coldplay's music? Why exactly do you think they would be disappointed that you want to experience your favorite band live?

These are actually questions I had to ask myself before I approached my parents about going to a potential Coldplay concert this year (if they ever announce the dates!). For some reason I thought they wouldn't let me go, but surprisingly they didn't really react. They said ok and that was the end of it.

Really, it might just be in your head that they will be "disappointed". If you never behave badly why would they be disappointed in you wanting to try something new? And even if you already got your birthday present suggest it as an early Christmas/Holiday present instead. Or say you will do something in return for the tickets. Do this only if they seem to have a problem with you going and don't ever whine/yell/get angry while asking. Just tell them its important to you and have them see your side.

In regards to having someone go with you ask a sibling or cousin. They may not like Coldplay but they may just like going to concerts or music in general. Ask around, you might be surprised. In my case im too young (16) to go alone so my mom and my sister would go with me, but I think at twenty with a friend or family member you would be ok. :)

Whatever they say don't give up. If they do say no and have that as the final answer then just be happy knowing that Coldplay will have more CDs and therefore more tours in the future when you will have your own money and can make your own decision.

yeah, we'll meet there if i go

i've got to go seriously:\

anyway tomorow will be the ultimate day for me

yeah, but i'll try to convince one of them at least, i have no choice

The last Coldplay gig I went to, I dragged my brother with me (he's not really a Coldplay fan) but we agreed if he came with me to see Coldplay, I'd go see one of his favourite bands with him. Sort of a gig swap :D

Maybe if one of your friends/siblings knew how important it was to you they would be willing to do something similar. Though, be careful to ask a friend with good taste in music - you may have to go see Britney Spears or someone! in return :D

Hope it all works out ok for you :)

in fact my parents are very protective and they always think that in rock concerts there are problems, drugs alcohols and such silly things, but i'm sure in coldplay's one there's not these stuffs :\

no they'll not be disappointed of me because i want to go to the concert but it's only the matter that i don't want to make them disapointing of me and live the concert though their disagreement (if they say no of course)

for the bday present it's over, i can't ask them more, and i want them to accept because i really want to go and i want them know that it's really important for me to feel this experience,

damn i'm always in front of my laptop watching coldplay lives and trying to feel the atmospheer as i'm really in the concert near coldplay and such:wink3:, but it's only my imagination

i want them to let me go not only for a bday present but rather for my passion for coldplay

you understand me, it's really difficult to get their agreement, i know them very well and i know it will be hard

anyway the tickets are not going to disapear rapidly i've got the time to make them accept my want

of course i'm not going to give up, and i'll try everyday til they say YES!

and as you said one day i'll see them though their decisions if they're agree or not, i don't care!!

And my bro dosent like Coldplay but I would drag him ther with my hands if I had to:P
