well, they're supposed to help a LOT with the pain. and i'm still on therapeutic rest. but after i get used to the inserts i can go back to doing sports and gym and stuff

I wear them all the time, in every shoes I wear.

 

But I have to adjust to them first. So for the first few days I only wear them for an hour an a day. Then 2 hours. Then 3 hours. etc

I actually sat down with my parents today and told them that I think I might have AS instead of NLD... They agreed and brought up the idea of getting retested and rediagnosed, but I don't think I want to go through all that... :shrug:

I don't know...I know I have to get rediagnosed because they lost my diagnosis. Theres a small chance I might be diagnosed with AS but I probably wont.

Apparently first these people have to like talk to me..and then they have to do all these sensory and other tests on me and then they''re just helping me after. Because I have a reall hard time with the sensory stuff :P
