January 18, 201016 yr ugh, I'm so sore from working at the embassy today, I think I threw out my back and broke my arms lifting boxes, plus the boxes sliced my hands open :uhoh:

January 18, 201016 yr yeah, but you have no idea what it was like there today! I wish I'd brought a camera or something, I only had my phone's camera :\ it was amazing, there were mountains of donations, and we were all just running around trying to put things in boxes and load them up, and it was just... crazy! here, I'll show you the few pictures I took (there wasn't much time to breathe, let alone take pictures!) :escaping: edit: LOL ZOE HAS A BOYFRIEND. uh... yeah? :P
January 18, 201016 yr looks...fun and stressful :P not sure if "fun" is the word, but it was definitely rewarding! :) I'm going back all day tomorrow :D it's nice to be able to get there and do something, instead of just reading the news stories :nice: and you missed this cause you're not on twitter, but: I was working behind someone who was being interviewed by CNN, and I tried to lift a very heavy bag and I slipped and fell into a box of diapers... while CNN was filming... and I was in the background... :embarrassed: :vanish:
