I loooove Langston Hughes :wacky: I wrote an essay on this poem of his last year: I've known rivers: I've known rivers ancient as the world and older than the flow of human blood in human veins. My soul has grown deep like the rivers. I bathed in the Euphrates when dawns were young. I built my hut near the Congo and it lulled me to sleep. I looked upon the Nile and raised the pyramids above it. I heard the singing of the Mississippi when Abe Lincoln went down to New Orleans, and I've seen its muddy bosom turn all golden in the sunset. I've known rivers: Ancient, dusky rivers. My soul has grown deep like the rivers. he wrote that when he was my age :stunned: *stops being dorky.... for now* :P

September 8, 200916 yr Author nice zoo! and i almost laughed when you said that your SAT math score was bad. i bet you missed 1 problem :dozey: ive only taken it once but im taking it again in october because i effed up the essay. i cant write an essay in 25 minutes :disappointed: but my math score was a 650. same with my reading score.
