Ive also been to Alpe d'Huez, Champagny en Vanoise, Flaine, La Plagne, La Rosière, Les Arcs, Les Carroz, Les Gets, Morzine, Avoriaz, Tignes, Valmorel and some places in Canada and America.

The last place I went skiing was Milton Keynes

When you go back home, you feel in good shape by means of skiing and also thanks to the nice weather (but it's not always sunny though).

I can't ski. So I would have to say no.

Anyone been to Sheffield ski village? Is it worth going?

I very much doubt it. There aren't any mountains in Sheffield.

You guessed correctly!!! :)

I love skiing, but the fact that it's a very expensive sport annoys me a bit. :D If you don't own skis and stuff you have to spend a lot of money. Furthermore prices in ski resorts for food and après-ski are very cheeky.

Anyway, in 2004 I went skiing in Axamer Lizum (Austria) with my class and it was pretty amazing. I liked the ski resort, but I bet there are better places. My friend broke his arm on the very first day. That's why I know how Austrian hospitals (at least the one in Innsbruck) look like now. :P

You guessed correctly!!! :)

So what's my prize??

Prize??? You're prize is the privilege to talk to me... :D

skiing is boring. Snowboarding is the way to go.

Snowboarders should keep off the pistes, as they're a menace.;)

The best is to go to mountain-resorts off schools period, as a result there are less people and it's safer .... + if snow is good and not hard.

I did - but there were still some idiotic, out-of-control snowboarders on the slopes........................... :dozey:
