OK, so the Cubs' problem this season??? They lose on the same days the teams ahead of them lose, and win on days everyone else wins too. It's so frustrating! I know their chances of the playoffs are way far off, but I still think if they can catch lightning in a bottle with some of the guys they bring up, they can make the race interesting (or at least I really hope it could happen). I hate giving up on them this early, when the door is still cracked for them to sneak in, but I'm almost at the end of that string of faith. And yesterday's game was just complete CRAP! Probably one of the worst games of the year...Soriano should be given the complete opposite of a Gold Glove this year. He's been extremely horrible on defense this year even more than he usually is.

 

But those Red Sox have their fate in their own hands, which is always a good thing. I want them to sweep the White Sox so badly this weekend, you have no idea! That would probably make me almost completely forget about yesterday's horrible display of "professional" baseball by the Cubs.
