Anyone into this art movement?

We did a bit of this in art last year. I loved it. We learnt a bit about Dali and Freda

Were actually commissioned to paint a surrealist piece?

i went to a contemporary arts museum recently, and there were a lot of good surrealism artists, some of them remind a lot Dali's works.

Who's Freda?

^I think he means Frida Kahlo.

 

I remember going to the Dali museum when I was in Spain- it's absolutely incredible.

I sadly can't remember the details too well, seeing as I was about 8 at the time. :disappointed:

 

But my 8 year old mind though it was pretty cool in general. :P
