It's great to be into a certain phase of music, and have similar sounding music that gets you into other bands. I feel that thanks to liking Coldplay mainly (see... i give them credit when it's necessary... :P), and I think that if I didn't listen to them then I probably wouldn't have given The Bends the chance.

Well, now they ARE completely different, what I meant to say is that only the first 3 RH albums are the closest ones to Coldplay in terms of sound which is what helped me to get into The Bends & OKC (Scrap PH! :P), after that, to me, Radiohead really started being Radiohead.

They missed a great opportunity to be absolutely mega like U2 and they missed the boat with the downright awful, boring Kid A.
