ok heres one you may need help with...find a friend, and tell them to interlock their fingers...with enough space for both hands to go up inside when flat..now place both flat hands in the space...and push outward hoping your friend is strong enough to keep your fingers in there...do this for about 30 secs or until it hurts....then quickly remove your hands, cup them slightly and bring the palms close together, make circular motions and it feels like you have a ball inbetween them :)
