Do they go straight off the stage and straight into a waiting Car to the hotel or do they hang around in the venue?

 

Ive always wondered that because in Manchester last year Chris seemed to head straight out the back but the others just slowly went!

These last days they always do runners ...

Yeah it changes at every gig.

 

Sometimes Jonny, Guy and Will do a runner and Chris stays back. Sometimes Jonny stays back as well. Sometimes all of them go.

 

In Manchester last year I know Jonny stayed back because he had family and friends in attendance.

This last tour's been a mixed bag... I'm hoping one day, one of the concerts I attend they actually stay behind :(

I would guess it would also depend on their schedule. if they're in town for a few nights, and don't mind hanging around for the fans to clear they might stay. if they need to rush to the airport, then they'd need to do a runner.

Like other people said, I think if they stay in town they'll stay around but they often have a plane to catch so it seems like they do a lot of running after a concert.These they don't stay in the city and stay in NYC or go back to London the same night

That's why Australians have been SOO lucky, they almost didn't do any runner, what a great opportunity to meet them :wacky:

Actually I can tell you that in Perth and at least the first two nights in Melbourne, they did do a runner! I know, because I was staying at the same hotel in both cities. And the second night in Melbourne, we bolted back to the hotel so we could beat the band back during the Scientist, and see them in the lobby, and they arrived not 5-10 minutes later!

Well, hopefully Dallas will be a hub again and then they won't do a runner after the Dallas show, ha. Good thing is they have a day off both BEFORE and AFTER the Texas shows, so I have my fingers crossed!
