🌙 COLDPLAY ANNOUNCE MOON MUSIC OUT OCTOBER 4TH 🎵

Lover's in Japan Demo Piano?

EDIT:

The verse is the same notes as the album version, just a slightly different play style.

He does something really cool on the chorus though. It sounds like he plays the normal rhythm notes with the left hand, but for the right hand he's forming the corresponding chord and alternating between 4 and 5 of the triad - the first one, Em, becomes E G A, then E G B. The last of the progession, D, then does the same as the verse, etc.

I can do a quick video tutorial if that doesn't make sense. Unless anyone disagrees?

Someone requested the rest of the song so I figured I'd post it here for anyone else curious.

Going off the Hal Leonard chordbook for this one so bypass if you already have the sheets :)

does anyone know the chords to this version??

thanks! :D

The chords are the same as the original recording for that version.

If you would like guitar tabs this is what Johnny is playing except it doesn't sound like he is playing the b-string at all during the verse. I play it with the b because it sounds fuller. These tabs also have the chord names.
