the beatles are better for me, but it's not as simple as that, you can't compare because the world is not the same as when the beatles were together, the music industry is very different, the internet changed the way how music is shared, now every band can have a website and share their music with the world, so there are so many bands out there that it's almost impossible to have one big band in the world. Also if you listen to coldplay, all the songs are very similar, but the beatles have lots of different songs, pop songs, rock songs, weird songs, etc. They even have kids songs like the ones in the yellow submarine album
