Aw the end of Violent Waters was amazing. Such a great series overall, it was nice to see Guy's journey and I also loved the way his relationship with Jonny helped him get through some pretty tough times. :clap:

Can't wait to see whatever you write next.

well, i AM writing... just not posting. :P

cause yesterday i mostly worked on a fic i'm writing for Jonny's birthday. :rolleyes:

I've never really been one for fan fics, but right now I am so incredibly bored, so I thought I'd start having a shot at one! If it's utter crap, I welcome 'DON'T EVER WRITE AGAIN' with open arms. :nice:

SPARKS

It was the strangest start...

I could feel it go down;

Bittersweet, I could taste in my mouth.

-----

What a rush.

The ecstasy was intensifying; burning; seeping through my skin in every wild, fluid movement as I rushed.

How could such a street be so busy yet so impeccably
empty
? A familiar face was all I desired, but it was tauntingly beyond my reach. The world spun around me, an blurred array of lights, scents and sickly sweet tastes that overwhelmed me and stunned my perception of reality. I felt myself slipping away, immediately tired and fed up with this engulfing nightmare.

Was it really so much to ask to meet up on 5th avenue for a coffee? Why was there such a - such a
crowd
?

As far as my chocolate-brown, squinting - and frankly,
pissed off
- eyes could see, there was a sea of bodies all moving in the same synchronised movement towards some kind of large stadium up ahead. And like a tiny fish within the overpowering school, I was dragged along hopelessly - hoping dearly for some kind of sweet release.

It would be a strange death to drown in an ocean of oddly styled military outfits.

Was there some kind of war march going on ahead? Young girls were giddily jumping up and down with a dangerous amount of colourful wristbands flying in all directions - was it some kind of fashion statement? I scoffed at how identical they all looked - as though finding inspiration from some idol who dresses in flamboyant, odd military clothes that looked as though they had been sewed together clumsily with materials donated to the nearest homeless shelter. I mean - did these people realise how tacky they looked?

“Help!” I called out weakly, panic rising up within me slowly like steam in a hot shower. “Anyone? Could you stop and - and let me out of -”

A foot found its way to mine and I swore profusely, grimacing in pain. I immediately decided I needed to get down on all fours, and simply crawl out of this disgraceful mess. I found my way to the sidewalk, breathing in the lovely fresh Sydney air - without the suffocating scent of 15 year old perfume. I was about to give up this horrid journey and just walk home, calling up my friends to reschedule coffee another time when I was immediately trampled by another figure - in the bareness of the sidewalk!

He stumbled over me awkwardly, and I shrieked in terror. I barely had time to formulate an insult creative and offensive enough for the horrid man, before he spat at me;

“What do you think you’re doing? Getting in my way?! I’m late enough for the band’s concert as it is, and here I am, being stopped by some idiotic fan girl fainting on the freaking sidewalk…”

I flushed a deep pink and snapped my head upwards, glaring deep into his face. He was tall, and certainly not unattractive - his cheekbones were prominent and had a flattering rose flush spread across them, with full lips and lovely green eyes - a round, otherwise friendly face contorted in a look of pure disgust.

I hardly had time to register his features, though, as I immediately snapped: “I don’t know what kind of band you’re speaking about, but I can assure you, good
sir
, that I have no intention of seeing this concert or partaking in any ‘fan girl’ behaviour. So you can throw those disgusting assumptions out the window right now!”

We stood there for a good 10 seconds, glaring at each other with looks of pure hatred, before a voice behind the man called, “Phil! Quickly! They’re waiting for you backstage! Chris has said he refuses to start unless you’re there!”

He started, glancing over his shoulder, before turning in a hurried fashion and running towards the large arena behind him, following the crowd. I sneered at him as he fled, hoping dearly in my heart to never meet such a dislikeable person again in my life.

:clap:

Aww! Never Say Never was so sad! I felt a little teary reading it, to be honest...

"NOT CHRIS! NOOO!"

:lol:

@jknc

Your story Never Say Never is so sad. :( :cry:

How could he die?

But great! :)

AHHH "Never say Never" I knew, KNEW that Chris was dead, I had this weird feeling in my stomach and when Jonny leaned over to kiss him.... BUHUHUHHU :bigcry:

God that was sad :(

:wacky:

I loved Sparks, it's really cute :nice: Oh, how I wish I was Grace....

Hot and Cold - Awww, the ending was so sweet and happy!

Never Say Never - :cry: It was just so sad, so heartbreaking. Just beautiful.

Oh, poor boys! The Glass is wonderful but I really hope they get together again (in life or in death)!

Good job, Brooke :kiss:

*walks into the Fanfic thread happy* :D

5 minutes later...

*runs out crying* :bigcry:

In Never Say Never, I thought Chris might be :dead:, but then when I saw how NOT SAD everyone was, I was like "Okaaaay, maybe not." But then he was. :bigcry:

The Glass--Same deal! "He wouldn't want us to be depressed." WHAT? Deep inside, I bet Will is crying too. But that was a great story, Brooke. Really depressing, but excellent.
