To be fair, albie spams with some threads ,that's true but i don't think he has a go at mc for no reason. I mean, mc is the one posting in albie's spam threads saying he isn't really albie or just saying anything to provoke him. ( just check the new members section when albie re-introduced himself and you'll see what i'm trying to say.) So i'd suggest if people hate albie and his threads then just stay away from them and ignore them. I think he's harmless but so easily provoked and for what i've seen, some people love to do that :rolleyes:

Calling board members who are gay faggot is not harmless. I don't understand why the mods are so cool with Albie being incredibly rude to other people. Your point about Mark I understand. However, I just got so sick of all of the rudeness Albie spews and wanted to call him out for that. I have the right to do that. I am not going to just ignore it.

I understand that, he's not the only one using that word and i find it very offensive even if you're not gay ( even though i saw a gay guy using the same word here some other time under a different context but still) so i'm gonna talk to albie about that and i hope he won't say it again. But like i said, he's incredible rude when people provoke him otherwise he's nice. And yes you do and we'll do something about it, i promise you that.

Faggot is a word that can be insulting or silly depending on the context. I enjoy using it for fun like I enjoy using "nigger" for fun - it has a certain shock value. But I think people are aware when I say these words, I'm not actually being racist or homophobic. So the sting isn't there.

 

If you're going to call someone a name with the intention of hurting their feelings (like Albie did, I guess) then you are just begging for ridicule. That's very fourth grade, and you should be glad colduser and I are mature enough to be aware of that fact. The problem comes when people start using the epithets against children, who still haven't gotten a solid sense of self-esteem.

Good response Jay. Very much agreed especially about the children and self-esteem etc. Words really can f*ck people up when they haven't yet got a firm understanding of who they are.

When I used to chill on this board 4 years ago, if you came around Albie, everyone got pissed off cause no one really liked you.
