Love knows no borders, distances, or state lines.

That is my two cents.

Disregard this post; I was wrong.

What were you online dating?

Takes a big man to admit when he's wrong.

I agree with you, Rick. But my problem is that sometimes my head can speak louder than my heart, and i still don't know if i made a mistake or not. I agree with those who said i did, with their opinions i mean. But i still hold on to the fact that no matter how much you love someone, it will never work out if you 2 are apart. There's a portuguese saying "O que os olhos não vêem, o coração não sente". Translating it word by word it would be something like "What the eyes don't see, the heart doesn't feel".

I don't even think that it can never work....Never say never, I know that is a weak saying, but I think there is a truth in it....it can work if at least one is willing to leave everthing else behind..

Forming any type of friendships or relationships on any degree with people that you are too damn far away from is really sucky  :disappointed:

I love her a lot, i swear, so damn much... But i do admit, i THINK my love for her would die if anytime i wanted to show her my affection i had to send a message or log in to the msn. It breaks my heart and frustrates me.

Just fuck you.

Sorry, who are you talking about?

The girl..did you meet here here?

  • Author

No, it was actually through Youtube. (So not me :embarassed:)

But she's registered here.

Long distance can work if both want it to. Skype(with video) works quite well. Me and my beau were apart for 6 months and now another year. Been together for almost 4 years. If there is a will there is a way.

Oh thats so sad. :( he should wait for her if he really loves her. :(

He??

I think you've misunderstood!:P

Battle not with monsters, lest ye become a monster, and if you gaze into the abyss, the abyss gazes also into you.

Soooo sally can wait, she knows its too late, as we're walking on by...

Her soul slides away, but don't look back in anger, I heard you say.

Not really.

Hmmm... ok, well that's true, I mean it depends... my post was more of a IMO...

Different people handle distance differently. I don't see a problem with dating someone who you can only visit on weekends.

^^ what if you can't ever visit them?
