I hope he does so we can see for the sake of science, what 44 days and nights alone with no food does to someone.....maybe he'll go even more insane, maybe he'll chew his own leg off....it's gonna be cool...shame its gonna take 21 days for it to get real interesting....

That sucks, they're not showing that in the states.

But I once saw him do a stunt where he had to stay in a cold block 'o ice for i don't know how long.. I was like - is this for real? It didn't seem that hard to pull of the stunt he was attempting - and i swear he must've had the entire thing planned out 'cause he was ok right until the very end, when they started chipping him out of the ice. All of a sudden he looked really sick like he was about to faint or something.. they had an ambulance there in an INSTANT!

I just thought - yeah right! they had this whole thing staged! Make it all look like he was gonna die and make us scared when really all he was doing was acting.

 

But this stunt seems harder to fake..

I really like David Blane. I didn't know he was doing another stunt. I just saw it on the news....it's right next to where my brother used to live....right next to tower bridge...right?

He also did a stunt where he had to stay underwater for a period of time...

Anyway I don't agree with what he's doing at all... starving himself for 44 days.

 

Children in third world countries have no choice... no choice but to starve for days on end. I think Mr Blaine should look at the whole stunt sensitively and donate to help these kids :)

He's getting food somehow. But it's part of his stunt...

..and I know waht you mean kids not getting food. In Bolivia when I went to visit children actually came up to us and asked for our leftover food at a restaurant. :stunned: I was shocked!

 

You know people usually ask for money, but not leftover food.
