I wrote exactly what I wrote on one of my previous post, that is :

What's RSVP?

 

It's a french expression : "Répondez S'il-Vous-Plaît"

Which means "please answer" (frequently used in wedding occasions by the way, asking people to reply to an invitation saying whether or not they plan to attend the party ... hehe !)
