k, so the basic chords are D, Bm, and A (A is the bass note anyway, haven't looked up what its really called). I'm not quite sure where to tab the notes, probably in a D or Bm shape on the last three strings above the 12th fret. This is just speculative as my ear sucks plus there's a lot of subtle stuff going on, but here's my first guess at the notes.

 

F#, D, A, B, D, A, F#, D, A, B, D etc. about four times, then A, B, D, A, B, D, A, B, D, A, B, D and then some arpeggiation of an A, B, F# chord. I just play A, F#, B, A, F#, B, A, F#, B, A, F# etc.
