loved the Glee acapella cover of Teenage Dream! :)

 

but after seeing the girls cover yet another Bon Jovi / rock song, i now REALLY hope that the girls won't be the ones singing lead for the Coldplay songs in the Coldplay episode when it comes around. :\

Who says there's going to be a whole Coldplay episode anyway? I guess (and hope) they just use one or a few songs that fit the story line or the Glee club's assignment.

 

I loved the "Never Been Kissed" episode! I generally just love the character Kurt. The scene with him and the jock in the locker room was so intense! :o Really good.

I feel so much sympathy for coach Beiste, too. :hug:

 

I like the new guy, Blaine. Apparently he's going to be a regular in season 3.

Someone/a member on the forum said that he/she knows the cast of Glee because she/he is friends with them and they told him/her that Codlplay will be on Glee but we don't know when exactly. :\

it was reported earlier this year in a few proper news sites & entertainment sites/mags that Coldplay have given the go ahead for Glee to cover their songs (i.e. Glee now has access to their entire catalogue). & the Glee cast & creator have mentioned in interviews before that they'd love to cover a Coldplay song or do a Coldplay-themed episode. + the band initially rejected a request from the show's creator to do a Coldplay-themed episode.

recently, there are some rumours about Chris Martin appearing in Glee also (a slight possibility since Gwyneth is in the coming one), so the general assumption/speculation is that it's very likely a full Coldplay-themed episode. i'm guessing if it is, it will have to do with a kind of theme that Mr Shue wants the kids to work on or learn from...as is the general pattern with the artist-themed episodes.

 

 

& i like Blaine too. it's nice to see another openly gay character in the show. Kurt was starting to look really lonely & it's really awful to see him get bullied constantly for being "different". :( ...tho his dad is an amazing character, that i initially had assumed he'd be a stereotypical homophobic redneck kind of guy. :embarrassed:

:embarrassed: I must admit, I have never watched the show-:disappointed: and feel so out of the loop. I intend to start with the Gwyneth episode.

But a Coldplay themed + Chris would be awesome.:awesome:

I love Glee. It's episodes tend to be hit and misses for me. I saw the "Forget You" performance that Gwyneth does and I'm loving it. The cast said she brought Apple and Moses to set and said they were incredibly sweet.

haven't seen the episode myself, but have seen both the sneak peek of her doing the 'Umbrella' mashup + a full performance of Cee-Lo's 'Forget You' & it's good! :)

I love this episode... And I'm loving the mashup of "Singing in the Rain" and "Umbrella"!

i liked the mash up more than the other song.

 

btw is just me who found a bit strange, that the substitute is so far is the spanish teacher that has spoken more spanish in the series than Mr Shue?

 

i wonder if she will make another appearance there, as other celebs did on previous season (am i right Olivia Newton John appeared twice on first season or just once? )

I say that because seems she is working in the same high school :thinking: right?

I think Mr Schue has a terrible spanish accent so less he talks in spanish more it seems believable.

Apparently she will come back in a new episode. She is an history teacher now but I don't think we will see her in each episode. She was just the subsitute when Mr Schue was sick. That's it.

But she might be come back if Mr Schue would have troubles later.

I loved the latest episode of Glee. Gwyneth's performance was really good but as a teacher she sucked. :laugh3:
