January 22, 201016 yr LONDON - Coldplay, Arctic Monkeys and Damon Albarn are among the British music stars who have contributed to an online auction to raise funds for Oxfam's emergency response to the earthquake in Haiti. Albarn, former frontman of Blur and co-creator of virtual band Gorillaz, will record a "bespoke" piece of music for the winning bidder, while Coldplay singer Chris Martin's "Viva La Vida" tour jacket -- signed by the band -- is also up for grabs. Oxfam have just launched a special eBay auction to raise funds for their emergency response in Haiti. The items include Chris's navy blue Viva tour jacket, signed by all four members of Coldplay. The current fundraiser is more recognizable around the world than KidsCo, especially given the urgency of the situation in Haiti. 3. It is actually signed by the band, instead of being accompanied by a certificate of authenticity. Can't wait to see the final price!

I personally prefer not to have an autograph on any of my items, I wish it was signed in the lining of the jacket or somewhere inside where it's not clearly visible...not destroying the original way the jacket was worn on concerts or on screen. Still beggars can't be choosers right? :D
