I know this entire version the way chris plays it except for one chord which is "you don't *have* to be alone" part. It sounded a little bit off but appears to be the correct chord.

Other than that i know it all : P , too lazy to post. But the original acoustic version from Japan acoustic session is largely the same here, but with one weird minor chord he changed.
