They were so amazingly incredible live tonight! And I got so close to the stage too!

 

They opened the show with Walk in the Park which was a great way to get the crowd going. They continued and turns out played all of Teen Dream throughout the concert which was great! They also did some older songs like Gila, Heart of Chambers (both are some of my favorite Beach House songs)... both from Devotion, and also a song from their first album (Master of None). Also they debuted a new/unheard song.

 

Victoria said that it was a song that they've never done live before and no one has heard... it was great! I took a video of it:

It was also hilarious becuse you know how victoria does the head bashing thing? well for 10 mile stereo she got a bit carried away and fell backwards on her ass... it was funny and she found it humerous! :lol:

I went to a show of theirs on June 20th. It was a great performance. As an added bonus, I got a setlist :wacky:

 

I'm going to see them again on September 10th as an opener for Vampire Weekend.

This isn't my video it's much closer but it happens around 3:50 or so. From this angle it doesn't look so bad but from further back it was much funnier.

what is their earlier stuff like? I'm on the road tomorrow and decided to listen to this band. Should I get Teen Dream first or some other album?

Teen Dream got me hooked.

Devotion is really great too.

I usually put Devotion on when I'm winding down to take a sleep. Maybe Sammie will like it too :P
