What I was trying to say is, it's "damage limitation" at best. It isn't really going to improve things, even if it works. It's a classic case of "closing the barn door after the horse has already bolted".:dozey:

Even if it works? This law has been in place for quite a few years, and they obviously haven't abolished it, so it apparently does.
