Does anyone have the tab to this song? I've done a google search and can't find nowt - it seems to be in some weird key?

 

If anyone can direct me to somewhere I can find it, or if you know what key it's in that would be great.

To achieve this tuning you must tune each string down 3 half steps. (that's the correct term?)

chris' guitar tuning is so wrong! it's a specialized one for this song! you CAN play it 1.5 steps down, true, but it will NOT sound correct as the original! it does not sound bad, no, but not as on the record... or live....

Haha, you almost sound outraged!:laugh3: If that's the case, if it's wrong, could post the correct tuning. Sorry, I was under the impression it was right, though its been a long time since I've played Chris' guitar part too it. I'm too lazy to tune my guitar differently.

It's a very long time ago that I played Chris's part.

However the part you posted is good usable.. maybe not perfectly correct... but it's not a problem..

It doesn't have to be exact like it, imo.

 

Music is art, every piece of art is unique.. and if you create a piece of art that's exactly like the Mona Lisa or somethings.. It's not special anymore.

But if you can make an own veriation for the Mona Lisa.. That changes a lot!

 

So if you can play it in this tuning and give it your own touch.. you'll be happier than if you get the exact same thing as the original... IMO. :)

Actually I think the tuning yellowtalk was talking about is right, except for the high G#, that should be a c# as well.

the tuning by the way is C#C#E#G#C#C# (low to high)

look at the link in the 2nd post, they got the tuning a little wrong but the chords are right
