Not too long then the regime is finished and I'll actually be slim :)

Seriously, I'm done with this. I've been telling myself I'm gonna start doing little things in order to get in shape but I never doooooo UGH

 

I'm gonna start doing sit ups starting tomorrow

and I'll start running

I'll stop eating except for fruits and water.

Seriously, my waist is the skinniest ever, my boobs are flat, but my butt is big! And it looks bigger than it actually is compared to my waist. But it actually is kinda flabby...and I'm not sure why I'm posting this because its embarrassing.

 

So even if I went on a diet it wouldn't do much good. :(

Eating 5 or 6 small meals a day can help lose weight. If you eat more often, but not huge meals you burn more calories during the day. Also protein burns at a higher heat thus more protein means more calories burned.

You're probably joking BUT if you don't eat enough or often enough your body will turn more food into fat when you do eat. Your body goes into survival mode and doesn't know when or how much food you'll get so it turns more of it to fat.

It is so weird actually. I i've been receiving so many compliments in the past weeks and I think I am not even that aware of it. I mean I am aware of them but I often react like I don't really appreciate them. Which is not true of course. I do highly appreciate it. I think I am not as aware of loosing that much as the people around me are though. Haha they seem to be having some kind of respect for that. I feel much better in general like I am much more self confident. And it was the right step that I was finally disciplend enough to do this since I have never been as confident with my body as I am right now:)

Now there is the hardest part though: keeping it. I really don't want to gain weight again. But I don't want to get paranoid about it.

i was sorta joking, i mean even if i tried starving myself i wouldn't go through with it fully, i <3 food, so i'll do the 6 small meals a day and try to get in as much excercise as i can (sit ups, running, DANCING :dance: )
