I'm already on a diet, does that count? :thinking:

If I lose much weight, I'll be in the hospital. Apparently I'm extremely tiny. Doesn't that make you feel better? I've been told to eat more so I can gain muscle.

I'm making the most of my super fast metabolism while i still have it :nice:

 

And i look at the scales too much already, I weigh myself atleast 3 times a week :uhoh:

Diets are stupid. I ate some candy yesterday too. Big fucking whoop. I also exercise a lot and constantly lift weights so if I do gain a pound here or there it's not that hard to lose it. Just live a healthier lifestyle, don't do diets.

I'm going to start drinking a lot of water and walk an hour a day.. plus not stuff myself with junk food.

Will that work?.. I can't afford to go to a gym, let alone I have school and can't buy my own food.

7 days a week. Lift upper body 4 times, abs 3 times, cardio 3 times a week. And I'm still a little doughy, but it doesn't show unless I don't have a shirt on. I'm sure you've heard me mention before a few years ago I weighed 80 lbs more. I was 200 lbs which was a ridiculous weight for someone that is only 5'5".

 

I've been really good at eating extremely healthy and working hard.

7 days a week. Lift upper body 4 times, abs 3 times, cardio 3 times a week. And I'm still a little doughy, but it doesn't show unless I don't have a shirt on. Damn. You work out more than me it sounds like.

 

I am 5'4" and the most I ever weighed was 175. Last physical I had lost 10 pounds in the year, and I've gone down into the 150's since then. I was a butterball as a kid. Glad to know someone else had that much success coming from that. I still got a ways to go but I eat better than ever and workout (mostly) everyday and I was amazed at how fast I started to notice results once I really committed.

 

Amazing that you can work out that much, especially at 98 years old, I applaud you.
