"A Message" is beautiful.

Featured Replies

I've been listening to many versions of Coldplay's song, and yet again, I find myself in awe of how beautiful it is, both lyrically and musically.

"You're the target that I'm aiming at, and I'm nothing on my own." Those lyrics are so incredibly powerful to me. Many will disagree and many will persecute, but I am 100% certain this song is towards God.

I notice a lot of hate towards this song. Why?

I agree with you! I love this song and it's, to me, about God indeed! And I love X&Y...

I agree with almost everything being said on this thread :wacky:

X&Y is an amazing album, and A Message is my favourite song on the album

A Message is my favorite Coldplay song!

I simply love this song!

I tried to make a custom single of A Message, including album version, acoustic version and Haiti version!

Even though I am total beginner in Photoshop, I tried to do a cover for it :D

Definitely mine as well, I can't believe how generally underrated it is by a lot of other fans?
