They're very annoying but the networks do a decent job of dampening the sound. I would hate so much to be in the stands, though.

Haha, Amy, was this inspired by your facebook status and the comments? :P

They're really annoying. Ban them.

I'm so surprised that no one likes them except Effy!

Also, they're made in China. Think they're being made in sweatshop free factories?

This was on Dutch tv, it's so funny!

But I don't like the sound of all the vuvuzelas at once, like in the stadium. But I like the vuvuzela smiley :vuvuzela:

I'm going to quite Simon Pegg directly:

"Complaining about the vuvzelas is embarrassing. It's part of their game and we are their guests. Suck it up and stop whinging. Hooooooooonk!"

:lol:gotta love Simon!

At first I didn't like the vuvuzelas, but now I have sort of got used to them. And again: The World Cup is taking place in South Africa and the vuvuzelas are part of the (football) culture there. And as it was said: Our teams and their fans are visitors / guests, so accept the vuvuzelas as something exotic to our ears.

The sale of vuvuzelas in Denmark is going quite well!

Yeah. I only kind of like them for the new smiley :vuvuzela:

I just prefer chanting and cheering.

Exactly! Me too.

Oh dear... Please, let it not be. :shame:

That's the problem! It's spreading! I fear that it will be a part of football culture all over the world.

We might be guests, but the World Cup is everyone's and FIFA could ban it from the games.

Besides, standing beside someone blowing a vuvuzela is damaging to the ears. But you don't really have a choice, if you don't want to leave, once you've spend money on buying your seat ticket.
